One Response for "GemX do-Organizer v3.0.0.9"
This could be a nice product, pretty complete, visually appealing, and not too expensive, if, yes if there were not those quite obvious bugs.
And then one gets to know the really really horrible service, customer abusing included.
I tried the evaluation version which, as they say, is the same as the licensed version.
There is quite a number of very obvious bugs in the program which could have been eliminated during beta phase easily. This is simply negligent programming.
Once you tell them it won’t be long until they insult you and start wasting your time and try letting the customer do their work.
There is a difference between a customer and a member of a programming club. Once they realize that difference, treat and respect customers as customers, and start to work on the program it may become a 1st class product one day.
