Ever want to boot up into Windows XP via a USB memory key? Well, now you can…
This is a miniature version of Win XP Just enough to get your up and running so you can restore from backup, access your files, or do whatever you have to do.
Also go to your BIOS setting and change the BOOT sequence. Removable drive or something should be at the top then try to reboot your PC.
You can boot from USB Chrisge.

?????????????
You need to have the USB stick AND the Windows XP CD in the CD/DVD drive for this to work, you cannot boot with the stick alone.

It looks legit to me but I can’t seem to get it running. Might just be my usb stick. But it doesn’t seem to have some of the “hidden files” you need to make the drive bootable.

I’ve problem installing XD-loader, it said that my flashdisk has a missing ntldr, but after I check that file is already in there.
Then I try to copy boot.ini files from my hardrive in the root of my flashdisk, and the XD-Loader installation process became successfull
But after I try to boot from my flashdisk it has error message, disk error
Can anyone help me? why there is no boot.ini on the package? why I fail boot with my flashdisk?

hi i tried this version of usb to access the hard drive and copy the important files cuz i wanted to format it after alot of error i’m telling you it works after installing the windows xp usb edition
How to install
after extractig the folder copy it to ur usb
1. Copy “LiveXP.bat” & “INSTALLDIR” to a folder that is easy ( ex. F: or E:\XP\ )
2. Run “LiveXP.bat”
3. Set source & destination directory
( ex. Source: C:\XP\INSTALLDIR\, Destination: C:\XP\1\ )
choose F: or E: depends on the name of your usb i used a kingston, 1GB as a target to install after clicking on the ‘bat’ file .
click on 2 to choose the sorce and put this as a path
-F or E:\depond on the folder name\INSTALLDIR\
then :
3 to set the target put this path E: or F or whatever is the letter that is given
then 5 then choose 1
and chose to install it will take some time
when, finished
got to the bios of your pc and choose to boot from the removable device
(your bios may be protected by a password )
-if it doesn’t work unplug the hard disk it’ll boot from the usb
then if u want to access the hard disk plug it and reboot from the menu of the win xp edition then you’ll see the hard disk you can access to copy anyfile u want
that what i did and it works
